Like many people caught up in Hollywood dreams, they also wanted to be actors.  One day, they were called to play twin agents, in an episode of Girl from Uncle.  One hitch – they needed to have SAG cards, for the actor’s guild.  Fate played a hand that day – they were working on rebuilding a swimming pool for the President of SAG who called it in for them.   In another wild coincidence, Jannie was working as a hairdresser in Beverly Hills.  One woman commented on his techniques and asked if he had any experience working with animals – the next thing you know Jannie and Hans were working as wild animal trainers on the television show, Daktari.   Jannie also made appearances on The Dating Game, King of the Mountain, and Maker’s Match.  Only in Hollywood could it happen this way!
